She was predeceased by: her husband Alberto Chavez, Sr.; and her sons, Alberto Chavez, Jr. and Armando Chavez. She is survived by: her sons, Danny Chavez, Jose Chavez (Nicole) and David Chavez. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and 12 brothers and sisters.
