He is survived by: his wife Sheila Evans; his daughter Lindsey Evans; his stepdaughter Anji Hubert; his son-in-law Corey Hubert; his grandchildren, Haley Smith and Corbin Hubert; and his sister Karen Horn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
