He was predeceased by: his father Terry Shockey; his stepfather Bob Cupp; his siblings, Steve Shockey and Lori Shockey; and his niece Carlee Leckron.
He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Cupp (Messersmith); his siblings, Terry Shockey (Stephanie) and Beth Leckron (Phil); his stepsiblings, Jeff Cupp (Kris), Debra Jaramillo and Cathy Coffey (Chris); his siblings' children, Tiffany Randol, Chloe Leckron (Zack Hargreaves), Madelyn Shockey, Brayten Shockey (Sarah Hill), Alex Leckron and Luke Leckron; his great-nieces, Bailey Randol (Seth Lugar), Isabelle Randol and Ivie Shockey; his aunts, Norma Ferrazzo (Tom) and Jacque Smith (Gene); Tinsley Lugar.
