He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald P. Ramsey and Nellie Winifred Ramsey; his brother Donald A. "Bud" Ramsey; and his grandson Jacob T. Morris. He is survived by: his wife Shirley K. Ramsey; his daughters, Tammy Morris (Tim) and Toni Alonzo (Ron); his siblings, Ruth Helen Voils, Paul Ramsey (Sandee) and Rebecca Streetman (Greg); and his grandchildren, Anna Sachak, Michael Alonzo, Amanda Alonzo, Jonathan Alonzo and Hannah Wolthuis (Andrew). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and many other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Bill's family requests that memorial contributions be made, in his memory, to Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center.
