It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Ballard of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Hank" Moreillon and Gladys L. Moreillon (Jackson); her husband Richard Edward "Dick" Ballard; and her sister Helen Marie O'Connor. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Ballard (Suellyn) of Indianapolis, IN, Lynn Holliday (Don) of Indianapolis, IN and Marsha Branson (Phil) of Noblesville, IN; her grandchildren, Karen, Patrick, Zachary, Brett, Kelly, Bryan, Bethany, Kathleen and Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Adam, Beau, Drew, Parker, Riley, Connor, Sam, Maggie, Harper, Emilia, Charlotte, Athan and Evan. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
