She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Evans; her sons, Darren Evans (Caralee) and Thomas Evans (Trista); her grandchildren, Powers Evans (Kollene), Levi Evans, Jayden Evans, Claire Evans and Matthias Evans; her great grandchild Gideon Evans; her sister Dee Anna Blevins (Bobby); her nephew Robbie Blevins (Cindy); and her sister-in-law Charlotte Hall.
