He is survived by: his sons, Michael Eugene Maddox (Davida) and Brian Theodore Timothy Maddox, Sr.; his stepdaughters, Chatara La Chelle'Morgan and Adrienne Nicole (Morgan); his wife Gloria; his son Brain T. T. Maddox Sr.; his stepdaughters, Chatara L. Morgan and Adrienne N. Johnson (Terrell); his grandsons, Brian Theodore Timothy Maddox, Jr., Eli Eugene Joseph Maddox, Xavier Antoine Johnson, Aiden Jamar Johnson and Levi Jerome Johnson; and his siblings, Linda Jones and Wayne A. Maddox (Annette). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stuart Mortuary Chapel (2201 N Illinois St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eastern Star Church- Cooper Road (5805 Cooper Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46228).
