She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Hoots and Dezzie Hoots; her husband James Bow; her son Tim Bow; and her siblings, Alice Merida, Alva Hoots and John Hoots.
She is survived by: her close friend Carl Shepherd; her children, Jim Bow (Sharon), Barbara Rngham (Joe), Teresa Workinger (Bill) and Scott Bow (Michelle); and her siblings, Mary Bow and Willard "Will" Hoots, Jr.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
