He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Campbell and Olive Campbell; and his sisters, Pamela Hegarty and Peggy Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Campbell (Anderson); his children, Kevin Campbell (Liza), Scott Campbell (Jessica) and Erin Henderson (Sean); his grandchildren, Emory, Isla, Grant, Asher and Addison; his nephew John Hegarty (Laura); and his great-nephews, Kyle and Lucas. He is also survived by his family, friends.
He led a distinguished career marked by significant contributions to local government, housing, and education.
