She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Godby and Evelyn Kathleen Godby (Hardy); her sister Mildred L. Wozny; her husband Clyde Smith; her children, Henry T. Smith and Mildred L. Smith; and her grandchildren, Ann Hendrickson and Brian Hendrickson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Evelyn Crowder (Smith), Alison L. (Smith) and Samantha K. Smith; her sister Billie Simion Sager; and her brother-in-law Henry C. Wozny. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
