She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cleek and Pearl Cleek; and her siblings, James Cleek (Jim) and Linda Quillen. She is survived by: her children, Anita Gehrung (Ralph), Brett Parks (Lori) and Denise Parks; her grandchildren, Bradly Parks and Ryan Parks (Selena); her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Garrett, Riley, Mason, Declan and Kelsey Parks; her sister Ruth Amos; her niece Angel Quillen; and her siblings-in-law, Janice and Bill Whitaker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dover Christian Church (955 IN-75, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boone County Humane Society as Jackie loved animals.
