He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Herrmann Jinks and Edna Ruth Hostetter Jinks. He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Jinks; his daughter Julie Jinks Dowd; his grandsons, Daniel Dowd and Zachary Dowd; his great grandchild Aiden MacKenzie Dowd; his son Jeffrey J. Jinks (Gina); his grandchildren, Ryan P. McGinley (Marlaina) and Kelly M. McGinley; his great grandchild Stella M. Iaria; his grandson Timothy B. Hawkins (Claire); his great grandchild Cecelia E. Hawkins; his grandchildren, Samson R. Jinks and Walker J. Jinks; his nephews, Stephen B. Horrall, L. Scott Horrall (Donna) and Steven S. Baxter (Kathy); his niece Stacy L. Schneider (Neal); and also, Jeanette J. Horrall and Barbara Smothers. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
