He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Culvahouse and Loretta Culvahouse. He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Hamblen (Tammy), Connie D. Guillen, James Culvahouse Jr. and Jack Scott Culvahouse; and his siblings, Martha Ann Luncford and Larry Gene Culvahouse (Carol). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services (1458 S Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46225). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at the Washington Park East Cemetery (10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
