He is survived by: his children, James Wayne Mann Jr. and Nicole Parker; and his sister Vicky Chinn (Steven). He is also survived by 1 niece, 1 nephew, 1 great niece, 3 great nephews, 7 great great nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
