He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Layman; his children, Valerie Rodriguez (Armando) of Rohnert Park, CA, Vickie Lewis (Rob) of Albion, MI, Brian McCollum (Wilhelmina) of Eatontown, NJ, Scott McCollum of Danville, IN and Anita Withem (Richard) of Indianapolis, IN; his stepsons, Jim Edwards and Dan Edwards of Indianapolis, IN; his granddaughter Corinne McCollum of Eatontown, NJ; his stepchildren, Kandace McCollum of Farmingdale, NJ, Travis Edwards of San Antonio, TX, Madison McCollum of Danville, IN, Brandon Rodriguez of Portland, OR and Ryan Withem of Indianapolis, IN; and his great grandchildren, Michael McCollum of Danville, IN and Savannah Torres of Farmingdale, NJ..
