She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O'Donnell and Martha O'Donnell; her brother John O'Donnell; and her son David L. Bortlein. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Warden (Bob); her granddaughters, Kimberly Marucheau and Morgan Carter (Blair); her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Alexander and Westen; and her great great grandchildren, Hudson and Zuriya. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. The family has chosen to send donations to Riley Hospital for Children, 705 Riley Hospital Dr., Indianapolis, Indiana 46202.
