With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Chamberlain of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on February 26, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Jesse Chamberlain, Jr. and Elizabeth Jane Chamberlain; and her sister Carol Margaret Chamberlain. She is survived by: her significant other Larry Twigg; her sister Lauren; her brother-in-law Donald Czehut of Crosswicks, NJ; her brother Jesse; her sister-in-law Mary Chamberlain; her children, Heath (Terri) and Heather; her grandchildren, Angelica, Marlen, Kiersten Lucas and Addison; and her great grandchildren, Pheonix, Harper and Nova. She is also survived by aunt and uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews, their wives and children.
