She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Robert and Laura Mae Sheffield; and her siblings, James Paul Sheffield, Emery Carr Sheffield, Gene Dale Sheffield, Willie Mae Sheffield and Myra Hacker (Sheffield).
She is survived by: her husband John F. Hay; her children, Debbie Stine (Hay) of Indianapolis and John Franklin Hay, Jr. of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Jamie Blanck (Britton), Josh Britton, Abigail Butler (Hay), Jared Hay, Molly Crow (Hay) and Samuel Hay; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Britton, Hannah Slavens (Britton), Kobe Britton, Wyatt Britton, Lily Butler, Gabriel Butler, Claire Buter, Owen Crow, Oliver Crow, Blake Hay and Jack Hay. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
