It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet M. Eubanks (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet M. Eubanks to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harmon Key and Lillian Key; and her brother Jerry Key. She is survived by : her husband Michael Eubanks; her sister Joy McCowan (Lawrence Sr.); her children, Jami Ballard (Rodney), Kimberly Winn (Jeremy) and Justin Eubanks (Kristy); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Hoppes (Brandon), Brian Ballard, Olivia Gonzales (Nathan), Gabriel Winn, Austin Eubanks, Lillian Eubanks, Kinslee Eubanks, Kyle Thieman and Jacob Thieman.

In lieu of flowers she requested that any donations be made to the Madison County Humane Society.
