She is survived by: her husband John Michael "Mike" Rash; her son Alexander Edmund Hess; her daughter-in-law Mary Hoover; her granddaughter Gaia Hess (Xavier Ortega); and her siblings, Katherine Tsai and James Adelsperger.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Janet and Mike's Home (1119 Wallace Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46201).
