He was predeceased by: his grandparents, LeRoy Curtis and Mary Catherine Hodge; his aunt Susie; and his uncles, Tim and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Jodie Hodge; his children, Andrew (Sabrina Hodge), Cari (Frankie Burton), David Hall, Kayla (Brandan Hodge), Kristan (Cristian Cain) and Kelly (Stephen Forner); his mother Mary Hodge Wainscott; and his siblings, Will Wainscott, Jennifer Jones, Shannon Wainscott, Jessica Wainscott, Joey and Cassie Burgess. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
