He was predeceased by: his parent Rose Deaton; and his siblings, Jim Land and Teresa Friel. He is survived by: his wife Anita Land (English); his sister Darlene Smith (Earl Landwerlen); and his close friend Charlie Hiles. He is also survived by his wife's children, grandchildren, and great granddaughter, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
