He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Pierce; his sisters, Donna Spellman, Lisa Pierce, Teresa Pierce and Diana Spencer; his stepmother Dona Pierce; his daughters, Mindy Duncan, Billie Jo Mcguire, Brooke Pierce and Ashley Dorris; and his stepchildren, Richard Mitchell, Christopher Mitchell, Amy Mcguire and Michelle Mcguire. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
