He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Mills; his stepfather W. Joe Mills; his father Gerald McCarrel; and his brother John Kevin McCarrel. He is survived by: his wife Wendy (Bartley); his daughters, Shannon and Sonja McCarrel; his sons-in-law, Isaac Warren and Keith Schuh; his grandsons, Lincoln, Archer Warren, Koen and Atlas Schuh; and his sisters, Bridget, Cecilia and Moira.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Shannon and Isaac's House (4511 Thornleigh Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46226).
