He is survived by: his parents, David Smith (Beverly) and Mary Catherine O'Connor; his wife Dawn Marie Smith (Grab); his stepdaughters, Shelby Nelson and Melissa Boyan (Matthew); and his brother Jason M. Smith (Jessica).
