The memory of Jeffrey Michael Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2024 at the age of 49, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Dan, Agnes O'Connor, Earl F Smith and Waughneta Smith. He is survived by : his parents, David Smith (Beverly) and Mary Catherine O'Connor; his wife Dawn Marie Smith (Grab); his stepdaughters, Shelby Nelson and Melissa Boyan (Matthew); and his brother Jason M. Smith (Jessica).

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Odon Community Building (311 Park St, Odon, IN 47562).
