He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Allen; and his brother Leonard Allen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Allen (Turner) of Indianapolis; his sons, Nathan L. Allen (Mandie) of Plainfield and Justin W. Allen (Tegan) of Lizton; his brother Robert Allen (Naomi) of West Lafayette; his grandchildren, Ethan, Christian, Cody, Hannah and Kaiden; and his siblings, Gilbert "Buddy" Allen, Elizabeth Lee and William Allen.
