He is survived by: his close friend Diana Dick of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Carolyn Smith (Wayne) of Lynn, Cathy Boyatt (Randy) of Richmond and William Davis (Phyllis) of Richmond. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
