He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steve Freels and Dottie Freels (Bornstein); his daughters, Alyssa Freels, Melanie Freels and Brooklynn Reck; and his sisters, Jinny Blakely, Diane Freels (Joni) and Janis Davids. He was also cherished by 12 nieces and nephews; 21 great nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family members and close life-long friends.
