John Bower Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2026, at the age of 70, John Bower of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sara Bower (Molloy); his parents, Winnifred Bower and William Bower; and his sister Margaret Baase. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Anderson; his siblings, Sue Grap (Carmen), Ann Holmes (Mike), Mike Bower (Diane) and Pat Bower (Lynn); and his brother-in-law Andy Baase. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (7243 E 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46219). A Mass was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
