He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Thompson Bartlett Jr. and Janet Bartlett (Alfont). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ramona, Josiah and Edwin; his stepson Li Zheng; his stepdaughter-in-law Zhou Yibing; his stepgrandson Li Huanyu; his daughters-in-law, Erika and Elizabeth; his siblings, Matt, Carl, Joe, Pam and Beth; his niece Christy; his nephew Gary; and his stepmother Gaynell.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to Alcoholics Anonymous, who helped John get and stay sober for 40 years.
