He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Cinotto and Cecelia M. Cinotto (Ayersman); his wife Margaret Cinotto (Kretzer); his daughter-in-law LeeAnn Cinotto (Castor); and his siblings, Cele Pomatto, Marilyn Wilken, Beverly Ronchetti, Darlene Cinotto, Jacqueline Cinotto and Robert Cinotto.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Cinotto, Deana Keen (Jeffrey) and Gregory Cinotto (Jodie).
