He is survived by : his wife Bibiana Bibi' Phillips (Brizendine).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Riley - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory (6107 S East St, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
