He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Kendall and Martha Kendall; and his brother Sam Kendall. He is survived by: his children, John Kendall (Sadie), Christy Kittlaus (Kristopher) and Ashley McElyea (Josh); and his sister Sharon Robertson (Daris). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and a great grandchild.
