He was predeceased by: his parents, John George and Anita George. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia; and his children, Dawn Michelle Whitecotton (Scott), Jamie George (Jackie) and Johnathon George (Nikki Sexton). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
