He was predeceased by: his parents, John Petrunich and Anna Petrunich; his wife Frances Petrunich; his brothers, Andrew, George and Michael Petrunich; and his son-in-law Joseph Palka.
He is survived by: his daughters, Andra Ignas (Stan), Donna Birchfield (Randy), Carolyn Palka and Cindy Mrozinski (John). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
