He is survived by: his wife Joy Annette Robinson (McNew); his children, John E. Robinson Jr. (Shoni), James S. Robinson, Josh Robinson Sr. (Crystal), Harley D. Robinson (Ashley), Michelle Kay Robinson and Pamela Kay Robinson (Steve Harvey); and his siblings, Billy Robinson, James Robinson, Nancy Brandlein, Mary McColley and Barbara Smith. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
