He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bruce and Donna Jean Howell (Gootee); and his grandparents, Doc, Doris Howell, James and Emma Gootee.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Janine Howell (Krackenberger); his daughter Kristin Howell; his grandson Jack Howell; and his siblings, James T. Howell (Melanie) and Tammy J Dukeshire (Robert). He is also survived by his extended family and a few close friends.
