He is survived by: his parents, Lowell Thomas and Patricia JoAnne Kirk (Lewis); his wife Denise; his children, Kylee Leiendecker (Grant), Karsen Kirk, Klaudia Kirk, Klara Kirk, Katheryn Rutherford and Jonathan Rutherford; his grandchildren, Luke, Louise and Lucy Leiendecker; his sister Tami Mitchell; and his niece Robin Mitchell. He is also survived by his wife, children, family and friends.
