He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Moore (Blankenship); his wife Shelley Wilkey (Zachary); his children, Misty Hunter (Riley), John Michael Moore (Jessica), Justin Moore, Will Kaufman, Scott Wilkey (Shylo) and Kelsey Wilkey; his aunt Lavona; and his sister Beth Klinge (Dave). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great- grandchild.
