He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Bloomer and Carl E. Bloomer Sr.; and his brother Steve Bloomer. He is survived by: his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Deanna Bloomer; his grandsons, Nicholas and Jackson Bloomer; and his siblings, Carl Bloomer Jr., David Bloomer, Tom Bloomer and Mary Griffin.
