He was predeceased by: his father Bill Campbell; and his brother Billy Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Clara Campbell (Ellis); his children, Josh Blakley (Heather) and Ashlee Blakely; his grandchildren, Addison, Alexander, Ayden, Chrislyn, Carter and Canann; and his brothers, Gary Campbell (Linda) and Robert Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
