He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Raper and JoAnn Raper (Winters). He is survived by: his wife Kate Sim (Duffy Raper); his daughter Shari; and his grandchildren, Jacob and Emmalyn. He is also survived by many cousins and chosen family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Welsheimer North (17033 Cleveland Rd, South Bend, IN 46635).
