Perez (Cynthia) of Indianapolis; his siblings, Lidia Rodriquez of Puerto Rico, Olga Rodriquez of Defiance, Inez Rios (Angel) of Michigan, Rosin Rangel of Texas, Edna Pagan (Bill) of Defiance, Tony Perez of Ohio and Sam Perez of Fort Wayne; and his grandchildren, Kristen Judd of Kentucky, Christian Isaiah Perez of South Carolina and Malia Noell Perez of Indianapolis.
