He is survived by: his children, Stephen Len Page, Teri Page (Amanda Edmonson), Anthony Page and Cynthia Haskins; his grandchildren, Brandyn Page, Brittany Humphrey, Christopher Page and Casey Haskins; and his sisters, Margaret E. Page and Octavia L. Anderson.
