She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lowe and Pauline Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Bill W. Matthews II (Heido Ho); her daughter Angie Conder (Jason Smith); her granddaughter Kayle Williams; and her siblings, Shirley Bloom and Gary Lowe (Linda).
