She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Powell and Helen Powell; her husband Gary D. Whitley; and her siblings, Darrell Powell and Marcia Lively.
She is survived by: her son Chris Griner (Sasha); her stepdaughter Angie Morphew; and her grandchildren, Kaylee Griner, Kyle Griner, Jacob Morphew and Ben Morphew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home (1605 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the G. H. Herrmann Funeral Home and Cremation Center (1605 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143).
