She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Grota and Lorraine Grota (Sherer). She is survived by: her husband James Lockwood (Jim); her children, Larry Carl Plummer (Lori Ann Shaw) and Xelpha Lorraine Profancik (Damian); her stepdaughters, Marla Wyatt Hammack Harrod and Kimberly Wyatt Wallace; her grandchildren, Paul Plummer, Na'omi Plummer McLoven (Ravensky), Richard Lee Hammack II (Sara), Dawson Calvert, Abigail Wallace, Thomas Wright, Elizabeth Wright and Ashley Pierce; and her great grandchildren, Bentley Knight, Kaylee Hammack, Cordell Hammack, Levi Hammack and Carson Hammack.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospitals for Children, or the Philharmonic Orchestra of Indianapolis in Katie's honor.
