Cheryl Hinton lit a candle

“Coach Hildreth was a mentor and a friend. As a teenager at Penn High School I looked up to her as someone to emulate. She gave me the courage to pursue college and a teaching degree. My mom had my little sister when I was 18. I wasn’t too crazy about it. Miss Hildreth had supper with my family one evening and expressed how great it was to be having a little sister. After that I thought it was great too. I will always be grateful for the time I had with her.”
