He was predeceased by: his parents, Annabelle Foley and Dick Foley. He is survived by: his brother Mark Foley (Kathleen); his sibling's children, Ryan (Analise), Kevin Foley and Lauren Foley; and his great-niece Reagan Foley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Ancient Order of Hibernians or Scecina Memorial High School Athletics.
