It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Ray Turner of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on May 13, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Turner (Edmonds); and his sister Karla Williams. He is survived by: his father Leslie "Frank" Turner of Peoria, IL; his daughter Kendra VanHooser (Brett) of Taylorville, IL; his significant other Lawanzer "Lou" Perkins of Indianapolis, IN; his brothers, Keith Turner (Vicki) of Peoria, IL and Elder Kelvin Turner (Lisa) of Peoria, IL; and his close friend Dorothy Fisher of Round Rock, TX.
